The custom reports tab is available on departments and workgroups, and provides access to any custom charts and reports that have been defined within the workgroup.
 
While custom charts can be created by users, custom reports are more complex and are typically provided by Overtech Technologies or a third-party solution provider. They can draw upon any information in ContactsLaw as well as additional data sources, such as those used by plug-ins.
