ContactsLaw includes a basic
charting and graphing module, allowing reports to be presented in graphical form (in addition to the standard tabular format).
Charts in ContactsLaw include the following features:
- Support for bar, line and pie charts
- Real-time rendering
- Built-in print functionality
- Automatic scaling to different screen/paper sizes
- Plotting of multiple, two-dimensional data series
- Automatic axes (auto-fit or statistical range)
- Automatic calculation of trendlines (line/bar graphs only)
Although most reports can be readily expressed as charts, ContactsLaw provides a tailored set of reports that are designed specifically for charting.
You can also define your own
custom charts at the
workgroup level. Third-party
plug-ins can also take advantage of the charting features in ContactsLaw.
Due to their real-time nature, there is no real need to save charts generated by ContactsLaw. However, you can do so by printing to an XPS file (using the XPS printer driver included with Windows Vista and above), or to PDF (third party software required).
