In ContactsLaw, you can use the available times feature to produce a list of either:
- Blocks of time (of a particular duration) in which appointments can be scheduled
- Blocks of time where member(s) are unavailable
You can set a range to search within, as well as a set of members and/or a venue to include in the conflict check. The search considers appointments, leave and out of office entries. Available times are only suggested on days of the working week (however public holidays are not currently taken into account).
At the conclusion of the search, you can toggle dates and print a document using the 'availability' controlled template.
