ContactsLaw allows members to sign documents and bills electronically by storing high resolution copies of their signatures against their member profile.
 
The following is required in order to use this feature:
  • Basic image manipulation software
  • A scan of the member's signature and initials (preferably at 300dpi)
Each signature needs to be cropped to its minimal bounds and scaled such that it is 1:1 with print. (Note: ContactsLaw purposefully makes no attempt to enlarge or shrink signatures.)
 
They are then uploaded, either during the creation of the member or subsequently using the member details editor.
