In ContactsLaw, prospective clients are contacts who have been referred to the practice and whom represent the opportunity to expand their client base.

By collecting information on prospective clients, it is possible to produce conversion statistics, allowing the practice to measure the rate at which prospects become actual clients of the firm.

To mark a contact as a prospective client, select a workgroup which best describes the products/services they are interested in. ContactsLaw will automatically add a start date to the prospect entry. When the contact ceases to be a prospect, add an end date.
