ContactsLaw Member creation wizard

In ContactsLaw, the member creation wizard handles the process of elevating a contact to the status of member. In doing so, all required information is added to form the member's profile, including:

Electronic signatures
Login details
Permissions group
Payroll settings
Rates for billing scales

Note: The new member's starting date is taken to be the same as the date upon which their payroll settings come into effect.

Presently, the wizard does not:

Assign a member's category for the purpose of a bill of costs
Assign any permissions, save for those inherited from the member's group
Establish any relationships between the new member and other members
Associate any company possessions or security and access records with the member
